Off the Grid will feature healthy, flavorful breakfast/lunch options, reflecting the abundant, seasonal offerings from the surrounding area farms with an emphasis on vegan and vegetarian.  The concept; global flavors, locally sourced and responsibly served.  Eat and drink consciously, as every aspect of the business is designed with concern for the environment, including small-scale sustainable farm partnering, Net-zero on-site renewable energy production, Zero-waste on-site composting, recycling, use of reclaimed material and eco-friendly packaging.

Fresh Food Fast

Whether hanging in the cafe or at a table by the Thornton River out back, or grabbing something quickly to go, our aim is to delight our customers with fresh delicious food.


Buy Local, Eat Global

We practice careful sourcing of free-range meats, natural and organic foods, often from regional farms, and have our own onsite garden and hen house. Our menu is influenced by world cuisines that meet our nutritious and delicious standards. 


Clean and Green

Our operation is completely powered by a large solar array on the property and we compost on site and offer eco-packaging and return packaging. We provide free level 2 EV charging to encourage our clean-vehicle guests.

Open - Monday, Tuesday, Friday 10a-5p and Saturday & Sunday 9a-5p
